Checking your pickup information
You can access your pickups and relevant information 24/7 in the Metaloop Portal from the pickup tab. This gives you the overview of all current and future pickups as well as the transparent status and required documentation.
Checking your Pickups
By clicking on the '˅' button on the pickup card you can see an overview of all relevant information for the pickup.
- Pickup Address
- Transaction ID
- Declared Quantity
- Transport details
- My Documents
- Metaloop Documents
- Packaging
Pickup Status
Your orders have a clear status and you can track them using the status bar.
- Pickup Acceptance: We have received the pickup and we are busy
- Transport Organisation: The transport solution is being scheduled
- Transport Documentation: The relevant documents are being prepared and will be sent to you when ready before the pickup date.
- Transport In Progress: All documentation has been delivered and the transports company is handling the transfer of material.
- Transport Delivered: The material has been delivered and is being checked by the next party.
- Payment in Progress: The order is either being invoiced or awaiting payment
- Sale Completed: Payment is complete
Declared Weight vs. Invoiced Weight
When requesting a pickup in the Portal you are asked to declare how much weight is being picked up. If you weigh the material at a later date (e.g. on the day of the pickup) then we will update this weight so we have a record. In some situations if a discrepancy in the weight is detected when the material reaches it's destination a member of our team will discuss this with you and if a different weight is invoiced the discrepancy can be seen on the sales tab.
